What excites you about Stadler?

I appreciate that the company provides extensive opportunities for professional training in each employee’s field. Employees frequently travel on business trips to different countries, and I have had the chance to visit other Stadler’s factories multiple times. Additionally, the company fosters a strong culture of mutual support, both within local teams and across international colleagues. I can always reach out to my colleagues in Switzerland and Germany, who are open, helpful, and willing to share their expertise and knowledge.

How did you develop at Stadler?

I have been working in the railway industry for almost 15 years, with two of those years at Stadler. During this time, I have learned to use new programs and tools, such as the new version of SAP. The knowledge and experience I brought with me to Stadler helped me become a strong specialist, but my time here has deepened that knowledge and provided me with unique experiences that continue to support my professional growth.

Why would you recommend Stadler to others?

Although Stadler Kazakhstan was founded only two years ago, I firmly believe it offers great opportunities and career growth for professionals in the Kazakhstan railway industry. Another key benefit is the company’s support for work-life balance. As a family-oriented person, I truly value the flexibility to devote time to my family.

What are you doing at Stadler?

I am responsible for production planning, which involves creating production schedules, monitoring their execution, and updating relevant data. People are often surprised when they learn about the specifics of my role, but I genuinely enjoy it. Despite the nature of the position and stereotypes, many women hold this position at Stadler, which I do really appreciate.
